I thought it was Chandie at first too, but 1) she had dark hair, 2) Chandie usually sits diagonally from Chad and 3) I saw Chandie's leg further to the left of the camera.

Psh, I could so push her over. Then I'll sit there all night and fire spitwads at the back of Chad's head.
