Here are some shots of my baby, Snowball (I call her Pigg). She has skin cancer, so she has one ear removed...thats why it looks like that!!

Awwww, what a beautiful cat! That's so sad about her cancer and ear. Is she better now???

The cancer has gone into remission for the most part, but the other ear (the "good" ear) is starting to look dark so that one might be going soon...but the "short ear" is in complete remission for now!!

Steph, how's Pigg's other ear doing?

Its doing alright...the summer did a bit of a job on it and its kinda getting black in spots, but with the winter coming, she should be fine at least till next summer. I dont think I can get the other ear removed...she already cant hear all the time!

What do the vets want to do?

They say its up to me. She has lived an awesome life so its my call

Is it just her ears right now? If it's cancer, though, it will most likely spread.

This is very sad. We still don't know how Sneakers passed - perhaps just old age. He was always sick.

Um, where its skin cancer, its kind of just confined itself to the ears right now. The possibility of her nose getting it is there, but it seems good for now. Where she is 15, they think (and I think I agree) that old age will get her before the ears ever take over
