Thats the thing that could happen if Jr goes somewhere else - because he's "nascar's golden boy", the attention may go to him more than other drivers in that garage.....I think he would be fine if Rick gave even attention and materials and manpower to all of the teams in that garage

it just seems like maybe jrs being pushed to the side a little, but thats just how i feel. and i'll admit, half of his bad running and shit going wrong is his fault. he cant let go of the damn family thing. when it comes to racing, he needs to think about whats best for his career and his fans b/c im seeing more and more of his fans leave him and go to another driver. my mom is even talking about switching drivers. i will always have jr as my favorite, but ive even gotten to where i have a small list of other drivers i go for now b/c i pretty much know until things change, jrs not gonna do shit. and i hope to god im wrong about that.

i dont' think they way jr is running has anythink to do with tony jr, yeh tony jr isn't that good, but i believe its the way mr h runs hms, the 2 winning drivers r in the same shop and the 2 wk teams r in the same shop. something ain't right with this. now if they all was in the same shop the results would be different. i believe rick is putting mark and jr aside to help jj and jeff. and jr just needs a father figure, i seen this on nascar now the other day, jr seems to run better when there is a father figure around. after dale sr died tony sr and dale jarret stepped up as father figures and jr won 2 or 3 races dale jarrett put a trip aside to be with jr. when jr first went to hendrick ms, jr was doing good because rick was beeing a father figure and when mark martin first went to dei jr ran well. i truely believe jr just needs someone to be a true father figure like i do. i'm not saying this is all he needs, its just what hes missing

yeh, somethings missing there b/c he just seems not all there anymore. like somethings bothering him. whatever it is though, i hope it gets better soon b/c he needs to get better and im not saying that in a selfish way, like i want him to win and stuff like that, but people are starting to 2nd guess jr and what all he's done in racing and i dont like that. jrs a really great racer, he's showed that plenty of times, but for some reason its not showing right now.

yeh, like smoke said last yr after the bud shootout, jr is better than his dad, but like u said drina something is missing and he's not getting to show his true talents and i really believe its a father figure

I would like to see Senior be separated from Junior so that Junior can be his OWN PERSON for once in his life. OK, so I'll probably get lynched for that comment, but that's how I feel. He has so much potential and, yes, he has shown that he is a great drivers like the others. Now all he needs is that extra push that he's not getting right now.

i actually agree with you. i love sr, but i feel bad for jr always being compared to what his father has done. he's not dale sr, he's his son and i wish people would just leave it at that.

very true, what i mean by a father figure is not someone to be dale sr and tell jr how to do things, but someone to be there for jr when he's down, someone to give him that pat on the back he deserves and to encourage him to be his own person
