I emailed IP again to see if they will let me in...the wrote me back two days ago and asked if it may have been in my junk folder, but its automatically deleted after 10 days, so I need them to resend another registration!

That's insane. Well, hopefully by the end of the week, maybe. I'll keep my fingers crossed!
